Ask us anything

Q Mitchell • 08/30/2020, 3:25:40 PM How heavy are these sliders including hardware?
A 09/09/2020, 3:26:39 PM 155lbs
Q Jared • 09/05/2020, 9:06:03 PM Do any of the tundra pieces fit on a similar year Sequoia, front bumper? Do you make anything for the Sequoia?
A 09/09/2020, 3:00:07 PM We have not test fit anything on a Sequoia at this time.
Q Mike • 12/16/2020, 9:02:07 AM Are the Tundra rock sliders able to be installed without drilling the frame if only used as a step and light duty protection? If so would there be chattering or vibration noise from not being completely bolted on?
A 12/23/2020, 5:37:41 PM You could do this at your discretion, but with the weight of the slider and the Tundra we don't really recommend it.
Q Mervin • 01/25/2021, 6:18:24 PM You said its 155 lbs for the weight of the sliders? Does each weigh 155lbs or its a combined weight? I ordered Rock sliders for my 2020 Tundra. Hopefully I can get it by March.
A 02/02/2021, 12:30:16 PM That weight is for a pair of sliders.
Q Adam • 02/03/2021, 6:09:03 AM Are rock sliders sold as 1 (pair) or 1 each?
A 02/08/2021, 11:48:56 AM They are sold as a pair.
Q Mike • 02/11/2021, 3:06:08 PM What kind of tubing (dom hrew) and what thickness are these? What grade hardware is included?
A 02/15/2021, 12:52:47 PM 1.75 x .120 wall HREW, grade 5 hardware.
Q Henry • 06/27/2021, 10:52:00 PM Will these fit on an 07 regualar cab long bed? I think they should because the wheelbase is the same. Thanks!
A 07/08/2021, 1:33:12 PM We have only tested them with Crew Max and Double Cab. We assume the frame on the longbed single cab is different.
Q Rob D • 12/24/2021, 2:55:30 AM Can these sliders be used as a jack point, since they should be able to support the weight of the truck, right?
A 12/27/2021, 9:14:33 AM Correct, yes they can be used as a jack point.
Q Ken W. • 02/22/2022, 7:49:20 PM How long are the rock sliders for the double cab?
A 03/04/2022, 2:56:33 PM 95"
Q Adam Y • 08/11/2022, 11:19:53 PM Will these work with Valhalla theft deterrent plates on a double cab?
A 08/15/2022, 3:42:54 PM You may have to mount the cat plates underneath the slider mounts depending on where everything lines up. We haven't tested mounting them together.
Q Rick D • 03/16/2024, 12:25:11 PM Are the lengths the same for the Double Cab and the Crew Cab? I have a Double and would like to protect the bed as well as the cab. I'm thinking maybe with some modification to the rearmost frame mount I can make it work if the Crew Cab is longer. If the Crew is longer, what is the length. I see in another question the Double Cab is 95". Thanks.
A 06/07/2024, 12:11:55 PM Overall length would be the same for both the Double cab and the Crewmax options.

08 tundra rock slider
(California) | July 17th, 2021
The rock slider look super nice on the tundra and the installation video made the install easy . Thanks! victory4x4. All I need is for victory4x4 to make tire carrier swing out for my 08 tundra.
Great So Far
(Austin, TX) | July 2nd, 2021
I have had these installed on my crewmax for about 6 months. They have mostly been steps so far, not much off road since I got them. But, the seem like they will do just fine. They look good and are great for putting car seats in and out 🤣. Installation was not to bad, except that I blew through 2 step bits drilling holes. At $40 each that's an expensive install. Maybe I was doing something wrong. I don't know. It was slightly inconvenient to have to have the sliders shipped to a nearby FedEx freight center and pick them up... thankfully I have a truck.
Victory 4x4...definitely a big WIN!

I wanted sliders in the worst way for my 2020 Tundra Crewmax. Well let’s face it, they look BA right?! I've got young kiddos & I wanted something big enough to be a step too, making it easier for them to climb in the Tundra. However, I didn't want cheap nerf bars / side steps that would rust out and need replacing in a matter of years. I don't do serious off road stuff but spend my free time on old logging roads and fire roads getting to hunting spots, trout fishing the Driftless, and my annual migration north of Ely for deep woods winter camping. I needed a solid slider that would take the brunt of any slide-offs into the hardwoods, bare limestone or granite. After time traveling on the internet and several youtube induced coma's I kept coming back to Victory 4x4. Reading their mounting instructions on the website prior to ordering coupled with watching their Youtube video allowed me to access whether or not I would be able to do this BEFORE I ordered. This was a huge contributing factor when it came to my decision. I was able to determine that I had the tools needed, time and space available and easy references to do the install myself. After ordering I had a few phone calls with Victory about order status, shipping costs and updates along the way. Talking to a real human each and every time was nice; professional, polite and explained everything in a clear, concise and understanding manner. While the sliders were on their journey to my house, I was in constant contact with the driver. He kept me updated on his location via cell calls and texts so we were able to coordinate both of us being at the pickup point at the same time. Once he arrived I back the Tundra up to his lift gate and we slid them off his truck to mine. He couldn’t have been there more than 15min. Another simple process that went smooth eliminating an unneeded headaches. I called a buddy, broke out the floor jack and assembled the needed tools. My buddy was going to help but it was so simple I was able to do the install myself. I used the cardboard from shipping and placed it next to the Tundra and eyeballed the mounting holes on slider with the proper placement for the frame. Threw a thick blanket on the floor jack, set the sliders on and moved them into position. I had them both mounted in about an hour. Less than that actually but there was lots of BSing going on a few Latte's consumed (Nectar of the gods). I am beyond satisfied with the ease of install, the look of the sliders, the easy my kids can climb in and the confidence that I'll have limited repair (if any really) should I have any slide off. Setting up the RTT (roof top tent) is easier now too with the sliders. I don’t have to open the rear doors and step inside the Tundra to set the stays for the window above the cab. I’ve looked at other Victory products since my slider purchase and my satisfaction regarding ordering / installing / craftsmanship etc etc etc in its entirety are the reasons I will be looking at ordering additional parts from them in the future. Thanks Victory 4x4!

Nice sliders. Fit perfect and heavy duty. Great thing is they stick out just enough to also be great steps.
Tundra rails
(Tennessee) | December 19th, 2019
All around one of the better priced rails I could find for my 2007 Tundra. Installation was easy even by doing it myself with a floor jack and some southern ingenuity. The install video helped and the step drill “pro tip” really was an good idea and sped things up. Have yet to really test them out but they sure look good and I’m sure will hold up to some abuse.
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for the order and the review!
