Why will this not fit with the third row seat folded down
A
12/29/2021, 1:22:23 PM
The rear cargo area in third-row models sits quite a bit higher, with or without the seats folded down. It is too close to the hatch for the panel to fit between the two.

With my new Molle panel, it clears out so much space for the side pocket and rear storage area. I have attached my fast access items on it and it truly rocks! I have used velcro strips to attach: first aid kit, CB antenna, Whip flag, 2 pocket hammocks, bag that holds my cargo net for the rear area, 18" machete, and all important toilet paper roll (with 3 girls, it's a life saver)! it truly has saved me a ton of room, and a ton of time "searching" for immediate items.
Also, super easy to install with the video guidance. Less than an hour install (this from a guy that it takes 3X as long as the normal DIY videos tell you.)

Drilling holes in factory panels is not something you want to mess up. The video instructions made it easy to install. Once installed I loaded the molle panel up with all of the stuff that used to lay loose in the back of my 4Runner.

This is a solid organizer. It's well made and was shipped with every consideration to the rigors the USPS. Installation is super easy with the video provided by the folks at Victory 4x4. The team is dialed in to craftsmanship and customer service. I'm not paid to say this, but sincerely believe in giving credit where it's due. This is one of the most with it aftermarket providers in the game. I will buy more from this team.

Very easy to install, and now a great place for some small MOLLE bags to hang. I did originally want to mount my Outer Limit FAK to the panel, but found that the stock door struts won't lift up all the way. So, if you plan on adding much weight, you will need more powerful struts or be ready to lift up the door yourself. I found that I could put other items there that don't weigh much but are now either out of the way or easier to grab. I'm still experimenting with what to store on it. Great job V4x4!!

If you're even thinking about buying this, just do it. Super easy install and dramatically reduced the clutter in the trunk. Now I throw all my gear in molle pouches and I know where everything is when I need it. No more loose stuff rolling around. Love it!
Jon (California) | December 26th, 2020
Easy install, and the quality was great. If you’re on stock struts, don’t attach a lot of weight on it. I have two emergency kits attached and I have to push my hatch up on stock struts.
